Yes, definitely. Once you subscribed, you'll be able to add unlimited design requests and they'll be processed one by one based on your priorities.
Do we have regular meetings?
To speed things up, the entire communication will be async through the Trello board & Slack. If you feel the need to explain something more in detail about a particular feature or feedback, you can always record a loom video and go deeper into details.
How fast will I receive my designs?
You'll always get updates in 2 business days. For example if we talk about some social media assets, it may take 1 business day. If there's a full page design it may take up to 2 days for the first draft. All designs are custom created based on your requirements, without using pre-built templates.

What tools do you use for design?
All designs are created in Figma, doesn't matter if it's an icon, full page design or custom graphic.
How to send design requests?
Flexibility is a key factor at DesignUp. The most common way to request designs is directly via Trello. There you can share any type of files like wireframes, Google docs, or even recording a brief Loom video (for people that don't have enough time to write a full project scope).
What if I don't like the design?
Even if something is not perfect from the first draft, no worries. You have unlimited feedback changes until you are 200% satisfied.
What is your refund policy?
We don't offer any form of money-back guarantee, but if we're always doing our best to achive great results workig together.
Can I invite my team members?
Yes definitely! All DesignUp plans allow for unlimited team members but all of them will use the same design queue.
